Privacy Policy

Due to the complex nature of homeopathy prescribing, please note that it is not within the scope of the online treatment service to give any elaborate explanation on the prescription. All prescription medicines are available in all our clinics in India and can be sent from our clinic to all location of India and abroad. As we have our own protocol medicines which are clinically verified by thousands of our patients, you may not find it at each and every homeopathic medicine stores. For authenticity of the prescription medicines, it is suggested to procure the medicines from our certified stores only.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

The consultation charges are non-refundable.

Our protocol medicines are individual specific; we prepare the medicines after the consultation and receiving the full payment from the patients. Once the medicines are prepared the paid amount towards medicines will not be refunded. Whereas you can cancel the order before the medicine are prepared, in such cases the amount received towards medicines will be refunded after deducting the tax components, if any.
